San Lorenzo View Apartments by Wonderful Italy

Great location

Despite asking for support several times, the staff did not resolve issues with the flat. Broken toilet seat, WiFi not working, poor air-conditioning system and leaking shower.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. Easily accesible to bus and subway stations

The WiFi connection was very poor. You only get the connection better at the living room and when the window is open. and you can't keep the window open for long because it was very noisy outside. There was no WiFi connection at all in the bedroom. After showering, water was clogged and took a some time to go away because the strainer was blocked with hairs.

Perfect location, they were very friendly with us, the apartment itself was very clean and modern.

The internet was terribile. There is one TIM router supplying internet to 3 apartments and it was not very good at streaming. It also was generally weak and wouldn’t be good if you needed to do work calls as calls I did with family kept disconnecting. Also, we were there for almost 3 weeks but were not supplied with spare bin liners or dishwasher tablets. It has little sense to buy a load for a 3 week holiday so it would be nice to have received a few extra from Wonderful Italy so that we had sufficient for the whole trip.

The location is great, just right in the centre, you can watch what´s going on outside and also be hidden against the rain if needed. Everything is close! Metro station just behind the building, luggage storage, all great bistros and restaurants, whatever you choose, just in between the magical tiny streets of Genoa and all monuments! Don´t miss the local bakeries and marina. The bus in front of building takes you to the seaside or hills, so easy to reach and walk. If you like the rush of daily Genoa life and you prefer to be close to everything (and do not mind a bit of noise), this could be your spot !

Wi-fi is located in the corridor outside the appartment which might cause low or no access in parts of the appartment. I announced the owner already and recommend to arrange extension.

Centre of the town because of this too noisy

The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, at good location. There were 2 things (but unfortunatelly very important) which we didn't like: 1. heating - the one in living room didn't work properly and made noise while was on. it was really cold inthere to stay with kids. 2. no light in dining area so we had a dinner in the darkness
