Gorgeous property in the heart of Windermere. Cosy, ample space and clean.

Very comfortable and clean. Easy check in process and in a very nice, quiet area. Has a small convenience store across the road which is very useful.

Perfectly placed for walks into town or trips to the Eastern fells and beyond. The property was very homely for our short stay and the whole group independently gave great feedback on their own rooms and experience. We always received prompt contact when we had a question and the hosts were very welcoming. In a time where demand in the lakes is as high as ever, we felt so lucky to find such a nice place to stay at such a reasonable price.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed, good location.

Locations was great and easy walking distance to both Windemere centre and the lake, host were very accommodating and very responsive, even arranged let us in too put something's into the fridge on the morning of arrival while the property was being cleaned and allowed us to check well before the official time. Property was very spacious and the little extras provided fresh bread and milk ect were great, couldn't ask for more in our long weekend in the lakes.
