Comfortable bedroom and a close distance to the beach, just 2 minutes on foot.

Extremely noisy place, with loud music from the bar and attractions under the building until late at night. The sofa is unusable for sleeping and the kitchenware is old and needs replacement. Definitely not recommended for families with children.

Ho scelto questo appartamento per la zona e per i servizi che offre che sono ben descritti..e per le recensioni positive Si trova al primo piano di un complesso condominiale che ha l'ascensore.. L'appartamento è pulito e funzionale, ha tutto quello che serve.. Ha il parcheggio interno e la spiaggia è a due passi dal mare.. Ha i due locali (soggiorno e notte) climatizzati ed entrambi col bancone con le tende a rullo per il sole.. le vetrate sono oscurate e quando sono chiuse non si sente nessun rumore dalla strada. Il bagno è luminoso, spazioso e con finestra.. Mi sento di consigliarlo. Un grazie a Francesco e complimenti per l'organizzazione dell'appartamento.

Schon bevor wir ankamen, warst du über WhatsApp für uns da, hast uns willkommen geheißen und sogar direkt vor der Tür gewartet. Dein Empfang war so herzlich, als würden wir alte Freunde besuchen. Du hast uns alles gezeigt – vom Apartment über den Parkplatz bis zu den besten Ecken in Jesolo. Ohne dass wir fragen mussten, hast du für uns Strandliegen organisiert, nur 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Und dann der Hammer: frisches Obst und ein voller Kühlschrank mit kaltem Wasser und Getränken – einfach so, weil du ein Gastgeber mit Herz bist! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, alles da, was man braucht, und die Betten sind so bequem, dass man morgens gar nicht mehr aufstehen will. Bars, Restaurants und die Einkaufsstraße direkt vor der Tür – besser geht’s nicht. Und das Beste: Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt per WhatsApp in Sekunden verlängern. Keine Bürokratie, keine Probleme – nur ein „Ja, klar, bleibt so lange ihr wollt! Francesco, du bist nicht nur ein Gastgeber – du bist ein Urlaubsheld. Danke für alles – wir sehen uns garantiert wieder!

Francesco is an awesome host. He was very friendly, met us personally, gave a quick tour of the apartment and the neighborhood and was eager to help with any small issues and additional requests we had. The apartment had everything necessary for living. The beds in the bedroom were very decent, and it had lots of wardrobes for keeping our stuff. Also, we REALLY liked the terrace with retractable awning! The Wi-Fi in the apartment was lighting fast. The location is also very convenient - it's in the very center of Jesolo with all the spots of interest in walking proximity. Eurospar and the bus station are 15 min away, Tropicarium is 20 min, lots of shops and restaurants are just around the corner, etc. The good and clean beach is just outside the block, and Francesco kindly included 2 sunbeds and an umbrella in the price.

I already said that the apartment is in the very center of Jesolo, which has it's drawbacks. The windows overlook Marcony Piazza, and in the high season it's quiet at day but very noisy at night (until at least 2 AM). And then there are those garbage collecting trucks at 5 AM... So, if you want to have a good night sleep, just close the windows for the night, and you'll be fine. I also regularly used the folding bed in the living room for sleeping, it was quite spacious (which is very good), but the mattress there is average at best. Also, maybe a microwave would be a good addition to the kitchen, but we did quite well without it.
