Grand appartement doté de deux terrasses, bien équipé et très joliment aménagé. Beaucoup de confort et belle vue.

Es war ein tolles kleines Häuschen mit viel Platz und zwei Terrassen. Sehr modern im teils rustikalen Stil eingerichtet. Absolut empfehlenswert auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Der Parkplatz war für meinen Sportwagen nicht richtig geeignet. Wegen zu starker Krümmung zweimal aufgesetzt.

Appartamento molto bello e curato nei dettagli, accessoriato di tutto, pulitissimo e in una posizione tranquilla e silenziosa, ma vicina ai servizi. Che dire, esperienza più che positiva! La Sig.ra Elisa è stata molto disponibile ed accogliente!

La limpieza del lugar era excelente.- El entorno era excelente.- Tenia todo lo necesario para una comoda estadia.- Está a unos pocos kilometros de Chaivenna razon por la cual es recomendable ir en auto (No sabemos si hay buses que te lleven al lugar).- El baño, excelente, la cama exceleente.- El wi-fi...sin problemas.- TV por cable.- Heladera, cocina, horno microondas, cafetera, vasjilla completa.- Todo excelente.- Muy recomendable

A wonderful accommodation full of little unique things. A very clean and well-maintained house. Friendly staff.

Location, amenities.

Great self contained apartment for active couple to use as a base to explore and climb in surrounding valleys. We stayed for over a week. The apartment was well decorated and had good cooking facilities. The wifi worked well. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washing machine. The via Spluga walk literally passes within 3 m of the house and we did a few sections of this trail and they were great- gorges, abandoned villages, old churches, lovely forest and even a salamander. Lots of other things to do in the area. Good tourist information. It rained a lot ( and snowed up high) while we were there, and we felt cozy and warm, and it was impressive to see the rivers rise. Could easily have stayed another week.

Nothing to complain about. There is a tight spiral stair case in the apartment if mobility is an issue, to get upstairs, but you can also walk externally.
