L'appartement proposé n'est pas propre.

You can reach the center on foot. It was close to the bus terminal. The internet had good reception.

They didn't give us the house we had booked due to a last minute change and gave us a bigger house instead. The rooms were in terrible condition. They were filthy. There were hairs on the bed, in the armchairs, and in the bathroom. It didn't look like it had ever been cleaned.

Que no me diera la casa que alquilé.

Me dieron un apartamento completamente diferente al que había reservado. Acababa de llegar cuando me informaron que no estaba disponible, la solución que me dieron era darme otro apartamento o hacerme un reembolso. Evidentemente no nos quedó de otra que aceptar que nos dieran otro. Por lo tanto no puedo valorar el alojamiento.

El apartamento que me dieron era más pequeño, estaba sucio, había bichos y era un quinto cuyo ascensor solo llegaba hasta la quinta planta. No tenía nada que ver con lo reservado.

We liked that it was in a good location

We honestly don’t even know where to start. First of all, the host didn’t answer the phone, and even after the official check-in time had passed, he only replied two hours later, claiming that “something broke in the apartment we booked.” Secondly, we were sent to a so-called “backup” apartment, which was in terrible condition: shady neighbors, dust on the floor, cobwebs, noise at night, hair on the bed… and the list goes on. The host rushed us to leave, saying that the “cleaning lady” was coming, but considering the filth we saw, we doubt such a person even exists. We’ve seen other reviews mentioning that people were also moved from one apartment to another. Honestly, you’ll probably never stay in the apartment you actually book because there’s always some excuse like “something broke.” Disgraceful! No one deserves to go through what we did. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE EVER!
