staff was friendly.

room was so filthy. mould all over the bathroom. floors were filthy. shower hardly worked. super unclean. i'm all for budget options but this was not acceptable.

It is expensive for What I received.

There was no breakfast served but I just needed my morning cup of coffee. The OXO next door wasn't open at 7 am and I was jonesing for my caffeine which I mentioned to Maria at the desk. A couple minutes later there was a knock at my door and Maria was standing there with a steaming cup of coffee. That was very much appreciated! Salvador was great too. He rounded me up an extension cord to plug in my shaver because there was no plug in the bathroom. All the staff were very friendly, clean room, enough hot water for a good shower and the bed was comfortable.

The TV wasn't great. It was just one or two channels in Spanish and reception was poor.

the shower barely gave water the water was warm n cold . the bed had a big lump in middle bed kept falling . the staff was very friendly

Saff were very nice

room was very basic, broken toilet seat and low water pressure as well as noisy late into the night. I would not stay here again and would have moved if it weren't that I paid upfront for 4 nights during a busy holiday period.
