La vista mare dal ristorante e il giardino molto curato

Una volta arrivati abbiamo scoperto che 3/4 della struttura è in manutenzione; l'host ci ha dato una stanza esattamente in mezzo alle ristrutturazioni e per tutto il tempo dalla mattina alla sera ci hanno tolto la tranquillità e la privacy che desideravamo. Quasi tutte le camere non hanno privacy perché hanno la vista giardino dove ospiti e manutentori passano di continuo. La colazione è discreta ma troppo cara (5 euro per tre fette di pane, marmellata, 2 uova e 1 caffè). Il personale è gentile, ma il gestore non avrebbe dovuto ospitarci sapendo dei vari disagi in corso o avrebbe quantomeno dovuto metterci in una zona più tranquilla.

Blue Lagoon est vraiment le paradis de la plongée. Si vous êtes plongeurs vous êtes sans doute sur le lieu le plus extraordinaire des Philippines. Les moniteurs vous emmèneront jusqu’à 4 fois par jour découvrir les fonds sous marins. Si comme notre famille vous faites que de l’apnée, vous serez ravis de découvrir des milliers de poissons dès votre entrée dans le lagon! En conclusion l’hôtel est de son côté très confortable et la cuisine est de qualité.

Bungalow aan het zwembad was erg mooi, ruim & fijn. Met airco, fan & klamboe en koelkast. Uitzicht op zee vanuit het restaurant was prachtig. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding doordat we er in het laagseizoen waren.

Geen eigen eten toegestaan. Up-market / prijzig in het hoogseizoen.

Séjourner ici a été un vrai bonheur du début à la fin. L’accueil chaleureux et professionnel de toute l’équipe donne immédiatement le ton : on se sent à la fois comme chez soi et dans un petit coin de paradis. Les chambres sont confortables, impeccablement propres et décorées avec goût

Rooms were well maintained and nicely decorated. We had the four sea view rooms. Rooms were comfortable. Showers are hot and water pressure is adequate. The sea view rooms have a great sea view.

Toilets are not well plumbed as when neighbouring rooms flush yours will erupt like a volcano and it’s noisy in the middle of the night. The sea view rooms can be quite noisy. Dive crew out the front start very early and forget there are guests still asleep above them at 5:00 am. There’s also a lot of cats in the resort so be careful if you have allergies. They were also very noisy having cat fights and screeching at 3am. Got up and chased them off the balcony but they came back. Ear plugs worked! We would have eaten at the French restaurant there quite a bit and just charged to our rooms however we decided not to because we were made to feel very unwelcome. There is no tea/coffee making in the rooms but there is a tea/coffee hot water station in the common lounge area. We were invited to use it for the first two days and enjoyed a coffee on the deck outside our rooms in the morning. However the manager had been away and returned to the hotel and told the staff to tell us we were no longer allowed to have the tea/coffee/hot water as we were not on the full board package. They put a sign up over the hot water urn the next day saying we could not use it. Their bar was good but we mostly decided to go elsewhere to eat and drink because of this. We would have spent a lot on food a drinks here. Their loss over a few pesos worth of instant coffee.

Beach was not white sandy

The accomodation was nice, clean and well maintained. The pool is nice and owerall the place is nice. Rooms were confortable.

The food was ususally nice, just the Cesar salat was disaster. If you travel there from the Baletero port you have to go with tricyclets to Sabang port and then walk. Its nice walk but we had two old people with us and didnt know it before. But it was just small complication.

Location is great. Staff is brilliant and accommodating. Food is amazing. A very laid back vibe with a beautiful view from the restaurant. We did not take up the scuba dive lessons, but seemed like a great place to get coached on scuba diving. Will definitely revisit and recommend!

5% surcharge is not JUST on credit card like mentioned in policy. EVEN Debit cards are charged 5% extra. Kindly make this point clear in payment policies. No hooks in bathroom. Maybe install a health faucet in the CR?
