A charge for the bottles of wine

The "WALL" apartment was perfect for a short or long stay. Located within the "wall", it's easy walking distance to all the major attractions in Citta Alta. Light, airy (high ceilings) with lots of room to move around the apartment - it is one of the best. Separate living room, kitchen, bath and bedroom. It included breakfast which was provided with fresh items in the refrigerator, yet also dry items in a food box nearby. Nice to start the day with breakfast foods including coffee. Management checked in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. Departure was easy and communication was efficient. If you drive here, public parking garage, five minutes walking distance, was discounted by the accommodation. Make sure you reserve parking ahead of time so you can insure all the necessary information.

The making of breakfast foods was provided, one did the preparation and/or cooking. Food and beverages well stocked for the stay duration.

There's nothing that I could think that was not to like that the owner/host could control.

We’ve just spent 9 nights in ‘The Wall’ and the property is absolutely fantastic and probably the best we have stayed in. Located just a short, one minute walk from the main street of Città Alta, but still in very quiet surroundings. The property is very clean and spacious, with every facility you could require, including air con in both the bedroom and the main living area, and it was very much needed! Staying for so long, we were a little worried as to what we could expect from the breakfast, but there was a great selection of meats, cereals, bread and yoghurts, to name but a few, and there was more than enough to last our stay. We paid €30 to get picked up by Paola at the airport, who gave us a brief explanation of the area on the way to the apartment. We’d also like to give a big thanks to Beatrice, who met us at the apartment and told us all we needed to know, and was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. She also arranged to call in midway through our holiday to change the bed linen and towels. A major bonus was that there is a small storage room where we could leave our cases, as we had to leave the apartment by 10am on our last day, but our flight home wasn’t until after 10pm.

As the apartment could host two couples, a mirror in the bedroom would be beneficial. Although not an issue for us, people need to be aware that the property is on the top of a three storey building, with no lift, so it can be quite a trek upstairs with heavy cases.

Nice spacious apartment near the all Bergamos monuments, full servise in kitchen, good breakfast, everything clean and very helpful owner.

The location, the amenities were perfect. The apartment was spacious and clean with everything you need. Also our host Beatrice was most helpful and welcoming. She even stayed up to greet us even though our flight got delayed. Definitely will come back.
