Stunning Refurbished Apartment - Only Families

Excellent bedding and bed . Great shower.

Times of arrival , told 3 pm then changed to 12 on the day. Unfortunately we made arrangements the day before to accommodate that time . Which was a pity as we would have liked to arrive earlier. Then got a message that evening asking what time we were leaving property in morning and another one at 7am asking. 10 was the checkout time and we made sure we were out 9.30 but again got a later message when we were ready saying we could stay extra hour .. although Heather was trying to be more accommodating.felt pressure to be out of property.. stick to times unless people ask for early or late checkout 👍

There were constant prolonged electricity cuts ( Not Loadshedding ). the host info stated that there was an invertor on the property. On asking, the lady was surprised and said that there wasnt any backup The agent, Heather was rude, unprofessional and refused to refund my money. The bedroom was dirty, dead insects that had not been swept away.

The interior design

There were no aircons but atleast they provided us with fans to mitigate the issue. For improvement to include a larger mirror where you will be able to look at your body but everything was perfect😻
