宿泊者の声を聞き、柔軟に対応いただけました。

喫煙部屋、禁煙部屋の分別が無いのか、予約時に喫煙部屋なのか禁煙部屋なのかわからなかった。 喫煙部屋に案内され、部屋がタバコ臭いのは辛かった。 ユニットバスの段差が邪魔に感じた。
