禁煙ルーム予約のつもりが喫煙ルームとなっていたが、フロントの女性が迅速かつ丁寧に対応いただけ、変更していただき助かった。

朝食のレストランがタイミングが悪かったのか、料理が無くなっているものが多かった事とそれが原因かどうか不明だが、係りの方が慌ただしくしており、うるさく静かな朝食とはいかなかった。８月７日17:30頃にチェックインしたにも関わらず、９日15:13に『予約を無料でキャンセルしました』と言うメールが来た。
