It is a good location to access restaurants indeed. The area is safe and quiet. The neighbor does not bother you when you come back home late.

The cleanliness should be improved. Because of the rain, there were tons of ants came in front the door and ran everywhere in the corner of the living room. It was very annoyed absolutely. I even could not sleep very well. Fortunately, the owner quickly asked his friend to clean the dead ants after I reported next morning. That's good. Also, the bed and blanket and pillow on the master room made me very itches although I put my own bedsheet. I would recommend to change the new one bedsheet, blanket, and towels because they are old. That would be wonderful for future guest. However, again the owner is very kind and responsible for the issue when you contact with him anytime. He will quickly reply. Thank you!

Bathroom needs update and more cleaning

Beautiful house well kept and clean in a very convenient location everything we needed was a short drive

Above all, I could feel the host's thoughtful consideration. It was clean, and everything needed for the stay was prepared in advance. There was a backyard, and parking was convenient as well. Very close by (1-2 minutes by car), there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Handel's Ice Cream (highly recommended), Vroman's Bookstore, bakeries, and Habit Burger, Hook Burger, In-N-Out Burger (slightly farther than the other two), gas stations, and more.

Hmm... There aren't any particular downsides about the accommodation. However, for those planning to stay here in the future, it might be a good idea to prepare some insect repellent or insect bite relief just in case. Since there's a backyard and the house has wooden floors, there might be some small insects. I had prepared them just in case, and very useful.
