Ewenny Farm Guest House

The location was very good and peaceful.The room was luxurious and so comfortable. We really liked the breakfast and it was cooked fresh.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent parking. Breakfast choices were fab, and cooked really well Wi-Fi wasn’t great and mobile signal kept dropping out - but semi rural location.

The place is a little bit tired, could do with some updating, but great facilities Breakfast was fab, cooked really well, however the order was wrong - ordered sausage, tomatoes, poached egg and mushrooms. What I got was bacon ( ran out of sausages, which was fine), fried eggs, baked beans and mushrooms.

Had a double over looking the front of the property, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable, plenty of sachets of coffee and tea but only the one biscuit. The shower was a hand held rather than an overhead but shower strength was good though I could not open the window to allow the steam to dissipate afterwards Breakfast in the morning was great, plenty of choice though I missed the yoghurt until after I had finished the breakfast(hahaha)

I knew the area well having lived in Bridgend for 30 years though no longer living there, so had to walk the mile and an half back to town though fortunately the weather was fine and dry.
