Good value and central location

Some decor getting shabby

The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to use. The sitting and dining area was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, if a little high. There was ample storage space for clothing etc. The location made it easy to reach shops and bus station.

The outside steps and the shower were not easy for this 89 year old.

Location, spacious and had everything we needed.

Very spacious. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, and worked well. We found it very easy to work our way around. Appreciated having our own parking space.

Shower could do with an update. I found the pillows rather hard

Very handy for the sights in the centre of Kirkwall as well as the tourist information office and bus station. The parking was great. Furniture was good and water always hot. Coffees and teas left to get us started were much appreciated. I found the bright orange lights at the back of the house shone into the back bedroom so a blackout blind or curtain linings would be a useful addition and maybe just a few more bowls etc

Good location for easy walking access into the centre of Kirkwall. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. There was a dedicated parking spot and easy access to the department on arrival with friendly contact from the owner.

Not a problem for us, but renters should be aware that the apartment is accessed via a flight of steps.

Great location. Spacious. Comfortable including settee and beds. Kitchen adequate. Plentiful hot water.

Remote control difficult to work. Wifi needed rebooting a few times. Too hot and could not easily control this. Dishwasher would have been appreciated!
