Warm welcome on phone , Nice interior, specially for summer due to the balconies As i can understand the owner should be new to the hospitality and you can understand that want to improve the experience. So i believe in the future will be much better

Was too cold , air conditioning took almost half the night to start warming the apparent .

Ευρύχωρο καθαρό διαμέρισμα,κοντά στο κέντρο. Ωραία διακόσμηση.

Το γεγονός ότι ήταν ισόγειο το έκανε να έχει λίγη υγρασία παραπάνω αλλά γενικά τα Ιωάννινα σαν πόλη έχουν πολύ υγρασία οπότε πιθανόν να μην παίζει ιδιαίτερο ρόλο.Θα προτιμούσα όμως να βρίσκεται από τον πρώτο όροφο και πάνω.

Τα πάντα ήταν άψογα. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πλήρως ανακαινιασμένο, με όλα τα απαραίτητα για την διαμονή μας και το σημαντικότερο πεντακάθαρο. Η κ. Αναστασία εξαιρετική και ευγενέστατη μέχρι που μας είχε ανάψει καλοριφέρ από την προηγούμενη ημέρα λόγω κρύου, το οποίο έκαιγε όλη την ημέρα. Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας!!!
