Staff very friendly Very easy to hire a moped at the hotel

Smell of sewage in our toilet. Had to leave door closed and leave fan running all day

Fab location Seminyak with Livingstone bakery coffee shop at top of the lane. Big rooms, very safe, solid 3 star hotel. Staff brilliant, cannot fault. Pool big and lots of shade and lounges, very nice area and not overlooked by other properties.

The little touches and all ready the property feels like it needs a bit of maintenance. Shower heads need a descale, air conditioner need a clean and filter change AC works but not optimal.

Good value for money. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for us to spend four nights, and the staff are polite and friendly.

On our first night, the room’s air conditioner wasn’t working well, but the staff helped us move to another room. However, I think the air conditioning could still be improved especially the weather in Bali too hot.

Everything. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Excellent location walking distance to lovely restaurants and stunning pool area. Staff are always welcoming and go above and beyond. Have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and am never disappointed keep coming back.
