Loft davvero bello, posizione ottima, staff gentile

Ottima posizione, casa ben calda, grande doccia. Perfetta per 2 persone (è un monolocale, ma ampio).

Locale carino, ben disposto, pulito, con i comfort adatti per chi ha esigenza di trascorrere qualche giorno in più a Torino, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici

Nonostante i servizi offerti e la cucina a disposizione, i tegami a disposizione per l'eventuale utilizzo, sono scarsi e troppo unti per essere utilizzati, consiglio di cambiarli ed aggiungerne uno più piccolo per la colazione

As soon as I entered the apartment, I found a large, visible crack running vertically down the wall right next to the bed. This was not shown in any of the photos, nor was I informed about it before arrival. In addition, there were red marks on the wall that looked concerning, and certainly not something a guest should have to see. The condition of the room made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The shower also leaked heavily, flooding the entire bathroom floor each time it was used. I had to mop the water myself to avoid slipping, again, completely unacceptable for a paid stay. I reported all of this immediately to customer service, describing the issues in detail. Instead of receiving clear help, I was repeatedly told to “wait for a local colleague” or that the team was unavailable. No one followed up, no one visited the apartment, and I never received an apology, relocation, refund, or even a small gesture of compensation. The customer service was slow, unhelpful, and ultimately did nothing to resolve the situation. I cannot recommend this property. The flat was misrepresented, poorly maintained, and the support I received was terrible. I would strongly advise booking elsewhere.
