"Bellissimo posto ma da rivedere i servizi"

Luogo meraviglioso immerso nella natura. Piscina bellissima e struttura moderna e pulita.

Servizi non all'altezza della bellezza della struttura. Comunicazione con l'host molto difficile dato che era difficilmente contattabile per motivi di lavoro e su Whatsapp rispondeva dopo ore. Abbiamo richiesto la colazione in camera, come pubblicizzato nel loro sito, ma mi è stato risposto che non è previsto come servizio e piuttosto è un favore che fanno ai clienti. La mattina seguente abbiamo trovato la piscina non pulita e alle 11.30 il robottino in acqua era ancora in funzione. Alle lamentele mi è stato risposto che potevo comunque fare il bagno. Avrei gradito sicuramente maggiore cura e accortezza nell'assistenza al cliente.

Ottima posizione in collina e circondato dagli ulivi. Quiete e relax, con piscina per fare un bel bagno quando fa caldo. Non ci sono molti servizi nelle immediate adiacenze ma Todi è molto vicina.

Fantastic location and beautiful views. Clean / new room. Responsive owner /staff who brought us an extra fridge and cooked a great BBQ.

The room is not really set up for stays longer than 1-3 nights. There is nowhere to put suitcases, the wardrobe is very small (a clothes rail from wall to wall with storage underneath would be a better use of the space where the current wardrobe is) so you end up with everything on the floor and I’m the bidet!! We had no Wi-Fi for several days which was inconvenient but this was an issue with the communication provider and the owner worked hard to rectify it with them.
