We had the most unforgettable stay at this beautiful hotel in the Thulusdhoo Maldives, but what truly made it special were the owners. Absy (The Mayor) and Novi (FBI: always keeping an eye out for us and making sure everything was perfect) welcomed us like family from the very first day. We shared evenings together with barbecues and fun karaoke nights, creating memories that we will treasure forever. What stood out the most was their kindness and genuine care. Whenever we had a problem, they were always ready with a solution, making everything so easy and stress-free. Towards the end of our trip, I unfortunately fell ill, and they immediately stepped in with help and support, showing a level of care you rarely find, even among close friends. This was not just a vacation — it was an experience of warmth, hospitality, and friendship. We left with full hearts and new “family” in the Maldives. Highly recommended to anyone looking not just for a place to stay, but for a home away from home.

De mensen van Empyrian stay zijn echt zo hartelijk! Novi, Absy, ‘de burgemeester van Thulusdhoo’, Sinbat en Santosh hebben ons ontvangen alsof we familie zijn. Ze maken een heerlijk Maldivisch ontbijt en zijn bereid om met alles te helpen. Onze zoon was jarig tijdens ons verblijf. Ze regelden een heerlijke taart, zijn bed was prachtig versierd met blaadjes! Ze geven met veel plezier een rondleiding over het eiland waarbij we meteen op de eerste avond al vanaf het land haaien zagen. Ook hebben we gevoetbald met de locals wat erg leuk was. Dit was de fijnste plek van onze rondreis en we waren verdrietig om weg te gaan.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location is great, close to everything (though to be fair, the island isn’t that big, which makes it even easier). Our room was just what we needed: clean, comfortable, and with excellent air conditioning. What truly made this stay special were the people. Novi, the owner, together with Sinbat and Santos, went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel so welcome and cared for. Nothing was ever too much to ask – they were always there to help, to guide us, and to make sure we had the best time. They even took us along and organized everything for us, which made our experience unforgettable. We are so grateful for their kindness and hospitality, and we want to say a huge thank you to Novi, Sinbat, and Santos for making our time here so memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Awesome stay, the place was clean and the location was perfect. The staff was really friendly and helped in everything I asked for. If you have any questions or wanna book anything ask Novi, the manager, first. Also, the bed was comfy and you have space to put your surfboards in the yard, on a rack.
