City Center Cozy Studio

Équipement okay mais ça ferait du bien un bon coup de ménage voire de neuf. Emplacement top dans le centre de Podgorica avec des places faciles dans la rue et de bons restaurants à côté.

Plutôt sale à plusieurs endroits (douche, sol), et sent la cigarette. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer à l’intérieur (je ne suis pas fumeuse) mais j’ai été accueillie par sa mère qui fumait dans l’appart…

Advantages Ground floor flat. Good for Old people. Walking distance to city center, some 10 minutes walk, and a mini marke, 5 minutes walk. Good female host, very cooperative, both the mother and daughter.

Disadvantages Poor lighting inside and outside. Very old flat. Many things have been slowly changed or replaced according to my request. Very small kitchen, with only very basics. No electric kettle. The stove is very old and terribly slow. Except the shower, no hot water in the basin and the kitchen sink, I wonder how people can manage when it's freezing cold condition! Hot water in the bathroom shower system gets colder very soon, after only 10 minutes which is Not enough for a good bath. Bedroom curtains are not moving freely. Windows are not closing easily. I have to order another blanket because it gets clod during night.

Ev sahipleri çok ilgili,çok sıcakkanlı harika insanlar.Onları gerçekten çok sevdim.Bir sonraki seyehatimde tekrar burada kalmayı umuyorum.Evin içi çok otantik büyük beklentileri olmayan kişiler için tercih edilebilir.

Ett fint rum med allt jag behövde. Omgivningen är fantastisk och det är nära till Podgorica centrum med mataffär och pizzeria. Priset var otroligt bra. Personalen svarade omedelbart varje gång jag hörde av mig...
