As a security check, each adult guest must send a photo of their current official ID prior to arrival. For the arrival detail, you only need to show your full name and photo. Guests who are not registered on the reservation are not allowed to enter. Noise is limited from 23:00 to 08:00. Your stay includes the use of 30 kw per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay. Upon arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your yard to monitor the above point. Upon arrival, we will ask you for a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
