The room downstairs (with a piano on the pictures) was shared with other tenants. Because of walls missing we could hear them argue and talk. Possible to look into the apartment and see you in the kitchen. No privacy with those big openings/missing walls between a) the two bedrooms, b) living room and one bathroom, and c) kitchen/entrance hall where other tenants could see you. Only one small bedroom could be completely closed. We could not understand those faults from the pictures. Neither could we imagine that something called an apartment to be arranged this way.

Amazing location! You can walk everywhere and you feel very safe. The owner Maria was extremely welcoming and hospitable. The welcome biscuits were delicious and very welcome! There is a washing machine. There is a small terrace where one can sip their coffee or relax.

There is no soundproofing between the master bedroom and the twin bedroom as the dividing wall goes just up to a certain point and then it is open. Same thing with one of the bathrooms. And there is a half wall on a shared staircase. So the noise travels from the flat next door.
