Everwood Studio with AC

Very nice flat, perfect location and great price. I recommend the flat.

It was in good distance of public transport. We both felt safe within this property and had mostly everything we needed to have a comfortable and lovely stay in Budapest.

The only issues were we couldn’t locate a chopping board which is an important piece of kit for cooking in a self catering accommodation. There was also no TV channels which were in English unlike other countries we have stayed in before which made it difficult to relax and watch television at night, although we don’t know how easy this is so access.

the apartment was a bit cold and there was very little shower gel and shampoo. we didn't have enough for 2 days for 2 people

Everything has been thought of for a clean, comfortable stay, and kitchen supplies are also available. A little far from the center but very close to tram, metro and bus stops.

Wasn’t sure how to fix this but the air was quite dry in the apartment and I woke up with a headache a couple of the days. I did still sleep well and enjoy my stay nonetheless.

Nice, clean, cozy studio close to the city center.

The air conditioning has an issue. The water flows on the table, so you have to collect into the bucket.

* The property is advertised with AC and it does have it indeed, BUT it is not working properly. Sometime after we turned it on, it started to drop water from the indoor unit. Looking at the table under the unit, it is not the first time it happened as the wood was swollen for quite some time probably. Quickly searching on the web, the reason probably is that the filter was not cleaned properly or at all, which caused the AC to malfunction and not being able to handle the condensation properly. Of course, we stopped using it and with the high temperatures during this time of the year it wasn't a pleasant stay :( * The cleaning was just ok when we arrived. It seemed like it was done quickly just to check it off the list. For example, the kitchen counter was dirty and dishes weren't 100% clean even though everything was in the cabinet/drawer. Also, the oven was very dirty and the tray in it was full of grease, probably from the previous client. The cleaning staff didn't even check the oven. We didn't need the oven, but it's just not ok to leave it like that * We noticed some kind of red ants in the wardrobe making it impossible to use so we just stayed away from it after that. * Overall, the host should pay more attention to the apartment and also verify what the cleaning staff is actually doing - personal impression was that they just pay for the service without checking the apartment after they are done
