Villa Kala Loutraki - Private Pool & Sauna I Beach

The house was clean upon arrival and hiden away from the main road, making it peaceful. We had a lot of fun with the pingpong table ! The kitchen was easy to use, there was a lot of appliences there already. Although we didn't use the pool due to the weather, it was clean. It's a two minute walk from the beach !

It would be good to have an induction hob adapter if someone brings a kitchen applience with them (we had a mocca for example that we couldn't use). It may also be a bit difficult to get around if you don't have a car, however we didn't try to use any public transport options/ explore if there were any.

Exactly what you see on booking.com is what the property is. The pool is fantastic to have and very nice after a day at the beach.

The directions to this property doesn’t match Google maps, we needed to ask a local restaurant how to get here, and several messages to the owner to find the location, after which the owner sent me the information via WhatsApp, there is no programming of the TV, again l needed to contact the owner to get his account details to login to the app on the smart TV. The pool was being cleaned the day we arrived, so we couldn’t use the pool and the gardens were being mowed and cleaned a few days after.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We were eight person and had enough space for everyone. Bbq and swimming pool were a big plus. Everything was just like in pictures and host was extremely easy to contact.

This is a newly built, beautiful house, and if you like the Scandinavian interior design style, you will love it. The 3 bedrooms are placed in the back of the house, and in the front there's a lovely open kitchen living area. Kitchen appliances are great, and everything you need is here - even some empty drawers for you to put your stuff in, which is rarely the case for some reason. The kitchen is placed facing the pool which made it very easy to prepare meals while overlooking the kids playing in the pool. Our kids are 7, 10 and 12 (and tall) and 7 is probably the mimimum age to really enjoy the pool considering its depth. We had a car and I recommend to have one in this area. It's a good 15-minute walk to the restaurants and the sometimes there's a sidewalk, sometimes there's not. We spent a week here in late October, weather was great and the town still had almost all of its restaurants open. There are good grocery stores in the area and it's very easy to spend time here. Hosts are friendly, people of Loutraki are friendly, everything was easy here.

There are just tiny things that could possibly be improved but overall this is a really nice house in a good location.

Beautiful, peaceful and secluded house. Perfect for families.

This is a modern house with a great location. The pool is self-cleaning, so after a storm, it was clean as new. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the whole family almost daily. The place is tranquil, and it’s pretty close to beach to walk. Aris and Ioannis helped us with all our needs so it was very comfortable to be there.
