"A Lovely Surprise Hotel in Galatina"

This hotel was a total surprise to us. I don't usually take pictures of the entrance and dining room, but this place is exquisite and I took many pictures! Everywhere you look, you see another interesting or remarkable feature in this grand hotel. The dining room is so pretty and the breakfast was wonderful. Our host was lovely and accommodating especially since we booked last minute. We and our two miniature schnauzers felt very welcome. Our room was huge, the shower pressure amazing, and the bed extremely comfortable. The whole place is exceptionally clean. Galatina is a lovely town with an amazing cathedral. We walked to centro storico which is just down the street from this hotel - maybe a ten minute walk. There is free parking within a two minute walk from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel when you visit Galatina!

Palace with lots of atmosphere, near the center of Galatina.

Showers were very small and difficult to operate. Not easy to communicate as the landlady didn't speak any English. Breakfast consisted entirely of sweet things, which we are not used to. No eggs, vegetables, cheeses, etc.

A beautifully appointed B&B. Step inside the huge front doors to a feast of colour, beauty, style and elegance. Every corner was decorated to perfection. Rosa was an excellent and gracious host. And her breakfasts are memorable. Thank you Rosa for being such a charming host.

That we had to leave when our time was up. We had new country to explore.
