In the last moment the booking got cancelled and the communication was in Malayalam so didn't get to know the information in advance. Need to improve the communication. Otherwise it would been a better review.

Facilities in the apartment, Ambience and rooms

Had a smell when we entered and then it was gone after sometime. One of the bedsheets was wet. There were some broken and pointy edges which could hurt children. Parking space was cramped, it was very hard to park the car and take it again.

Nothing.

Dirty bathrooms. Moulded and somuch fungases on the walls. There is no curtain on one of the bedroom windows. The remote of the bedroom fan was not working. They did not give the third room. The TV remote was not working. It was so difficult to reverse the car in the parking area. There is no worth for the money. No tea or other facilities in the kitchen.

For this amount, we get an entire apartment; what more could I say? It's spotlessly clean, has all the amenities we need, including a  good kitchen and space for doing our laundry, cozy bedrooms, a sitting area, etc. After a lengthy flight, we reserved the apartment, and we felt so relaxed and comfy that it was almost like we were at home. I am extremely grateful to Nayana and Kabeer for making this apartment available at this cost. Additionally, the hosts were very supportive exceptionally accommodating and I am extremely satisfied with their services.

We recommend those who are visiting Trivandrum for a trip can stay here. Such a wonderful home stay with all facilities like Wifi, Heater, Refrigerator, Washing machine , Air conditioner and so on. There are 3 Bedrooms and plenty of spaces to walk around in the home itself, such a beautiful place. Value for Money. I had a very good stay. I will surely come again to enjoy the place.

The only thing we didn't like is the location, which is quite far away from the city and the way towards the home stay lead to a small road, where this apartment is in a dead end, which is very difficult to trace it out. No drinking water facility separately.Then there is no credit card payment. We got disappointed when they said that, there is no credit card facility here and we made the payment via google pay.
