ININThe first room given didn’t have a latch. We were shifted to a different room where the TV was not working. After settling down realised that one of windows broken and ants were entering and were close to the bed. This was fixed after we complained. The towels and mattresses were unclean. We had to sleep without using the mattresses which was very uncomfortable. This was just the beginning. We were woken to some rowdy group shouting and banging on our door. This happened twice and the caretaker when I called initially said it was other guests who were causing the nuisance and expressed his helplessness. Slightly after that the room boy came by asking me to remove my car from the parking place so that he can arrange a campfire. If you are going with your family, you SHOULD NOT go to this place. It was an absolute waste of money, please avoid. Seems booking.com doesn’t do any evaluation of properties before enrolling it

ININSad to inform you that we dint receive the booked room.they said the rooms are full!!so we had to find ourselves another room ....that was a very bad experience with booking.com...i even called twice to your customer support..nothing was done.
