WiFi keeps on disconnecting, waitress doesn’t ask if one will need breakfast the for the following day, they don’t ask preference on food offered.

Das Entrée ist sehr schön gestaltet und vermittelt damit einen völlig falschen Eindruck.

Dem Beschrieb nach, vor allem auf Hotels.com, lässt einem nicht erwarten, dass man auf einer Baustelle übernachtet. Kein Frühstücksbuffet, keinen Wellnessbereich, kein Wasserfall, nicht mal eine Sitzgelegenheit vor der Unterkunft. Von wegen diverse Pools etc. etc. War vielleicht mal oder ist eine Zukunftsvision. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer war aber wirklich sehr schön. Allerdings wurden uns, trotz schriftlicher Bitte ans Personal, nur Badetücher für 1 Person bereit gestellt.

Late room service. Staff at reception was not prepared for our visit. Could not decide which room to place us in. Although a room was booked for two people, there was only one set of towels. We requested two sets via Whatsapp. No liquid milk available, just coffee creamer. Shampoo and body wash complimentaries was clearly filled into previously used bottles. Could see it on the label's deterioration.
