Broken lamp, aircon water dripping, bathroom infested with spiders

The pool the room size and bed the stuff also very polite

Only thing is the bathroom has a little smell of humidity

As we’re staying for over a month not enough cupboard space in the kitchen nor is there any exhaust fan for cooking? We bought an induction top to cook out on the balcony.

Read to the end❗️We arrived at 2 AM and we got a very dirty and smelly room. There was no hands soap or hand towels and the sink in the bathroom was rusty (I got electrical shock from it). The day after we talked to the staff and they moved us to another room which was cleaned properly and they really paid attention for our concerns and made sure everything is ok and that we’re satisfied :) We booked for 7 nights but we stayed for 11. The staff was very nice, helpful and kind🫶 Two more things, there is a scuba diving course using the pool almost every morning which is very unpleasant since the pool is occupied by non-guests. The location is a bit far away from the center but it’s like 10 mins ride with a bike Overall, it’s good value for money and the room is very big and comfortable.

*Guter sehr großer Pool, nette Outdoor Dusche und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, ebenso war die Unterkunft relativ ruhig.

*Kakerlaken! Im ersten Appartement waren 3 davon und wir haben das Appartement getauscht, im 2. Appartement war nur mehr eine und die haben wir selbst eliminiert, haben dort aber mit einem unangenehmen Gefühl geschlafen (ja wir sind sehr kurzfristig angereist, aber wenn dieses Problem bei euch in den Rezensionen schon Mal angesprochen wurde, wie wäre es wenn man das Appartement noch Mal kurz vor der Vergabe an dem Gast nochmals checkt?? *Seifenspender in der Dusche (siehe Foto), sorry also ich glaube es ist in meinem Leben in keinem Hotel passiert (und ich war jetzt ca. nur in den letzen 2 Jahren in 15 Hotels auf den Philippinen) dass ich die dort vorhandene Seife nicht benutzt habe weil es ekelig ausgehen hat. *Klimaanlage funktioniert aber kühlt eher schwach, bedeutet, das Wohnzimmer wird nicht mit kalt. *Kein Wasser vorhanden *Kein Kaffee/Tee *Kein Föhn *Kein Spülmittel Ok diese Dinge müssen nicht unbedingt vorhanden sein, aber wir waren eine Woche davor in einer sehr ähnlichen Unterkunft die all das hatte, ebenso günstiger (ohne Kakerlaken), besserem Licht, besserer Klimaanlage.
