Apartments Lux - Sea View

Self-check-in was very easy, owner responded in few minutes trough WhatsApp. Room was well equipped with high quality goods (washing machine, dish washer, oven etc) other kitchen stuff was also quite good and enough for 3-4 people. View from balcony is perfect. Bed was very big and comfortable. location is perfect - close to sea side and shopping area. Parcking is a common problem in Budva. We parked under TQ shopping mall, it was easy to access building. However, It was 15€/day - additional cost should be considered.

In June 2024, there was a big construction in the square & street in front of the building. Construction work starts at 7 am in the morning and noise may be disturbing – it was not a big problem for us since we are out within day. No noise problem during night. We stayed for 3 nights and trash bin was not emptied during our stay. Also, no cleaning was made. Cleaning is not a problem for 3 days but It would be better if trash bin was emptied every day.

The room is clean and looks like on the pictures.

It’s in a hotel Wow building across the road. I was 30 minutes late to the concert because I was messaging back and forth with the owner. I expected 24 hour reception. The key and keycard were already in the room. In the morning I had to go find the cash machine bc like a normal person I was going to pay with a card at the reception. But no. Came a lady and took cash. It’s a total fail

The road outside the property is under renovation, so there is no access by car.

All of properties are excellent except the used slippers.

The apartment slippers are used by other guest. So the new slippers is no available when we come to the apartment. This situation is not good for us.

Everything is perfect.
