Polurrian on the Lizard

Super location and staff were brilliant. Absolutely everyone excellent. Food high quality as well.

Essen (wir hatten eine Pizza aus dem Steinofen) war sehr schlecht. Die Sauberkeit in unserem Appartement ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das ganze Hotel sehr muffig. Und eine Baustelle die man aus dem Restaurant bereits beim Frühstücken bestaunen konnte. Fenster teilweise mit Sichtschutz. Also man konnte die Aussicht nicht genießen.

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich schön! Die Betten und die Kissen waren sehr bequem

Das Hotel ist sehr alt und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Frnster sehr alt, bei diesem Küstenwind zog es sehr laut durch die Fenster, wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln. Kein warmes Wasser!!!! Mussten Abends und Morgens kalt duschen!!!!! Dieses Hotel hat kein Charm. Zu alt. Nur die Aussicht ist schön!

Great location - room was very large and had a brilliant sea view. Bed was comfy Breakfast was great and food in the evening was also great (and good value - especially ‘pie and a pint’ and ‘burger and a pint’ nights) Room service was excellent and room fridge was useful

No lift to 2nd floor. No BBC1 or ITV1 on the TV (And it’s a shame the weather was awful for our stay - but that’s not the hotels fault)

Very good staff made welcome villa was great and having the dog with us .Great food and the views and the beach

The breakfast was good with a nice variety of food . The location is lovely but alot of outside work being done at the moment which I was informed about and certainly didn't spoil the stay .

There wasn't enough staff in the restaurant for evening meals and only one barman who did an amazing job but was rushed off of his feet . We had a long wait for our food on the first evening as so busy .
