Comfortable Room. Excellent Service and Location

Water pressure in the shower. Rooms were without the view of Kanchenjunga mountain.

Rooms with better views needed

Breakfast was good. The staffs were very nice No doubt the location was amazing Got to see best kachenjungha views

Breakfast menu needs to be changed daily, variety was missing Bath towel needs to be changed frequently as threads were coming out of it

I took a more expensive room which was offered when I arrived, as the views were superb from the room. Everything worked as expected, the bed comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I had both dinners and breakfast at the hotel.

Water pressure was weak but that is probably not influenced by the hotel.

The property staff were brilliant and courteous. Rooms had all amenities and was clean. Restaurant served delicious food at a reasonable rate.

The booking was made for room with view. But there is a discrepancy in the details shared by booking.com and the hotel room. The room did not have any mountain view ,which was mentioned in booking.com. not a good experience from booking.com details or descript about the rooms. Please do check in with the hotel personally.
