Downtown Apartment with Riverwalk views Free Parking Pet Friendly Centrally Located on the Riverwalk

The balcony overlooking the river was a plus.

The location and clean apartment

The hallways to the room were filthy as well as the common areas and the elevators, the elevator went down so we used the stair way and it had blood on the cement as soon as we opened the door, quite gross and scary. We didn't use the pool as the cabana and seating f area had mold, and pool looked cloudy.

Tha apartment was very nice, Clean, great location to food and entertainment. Great amenities.

I did not like being told there was free parking in the garage and then being told 3 days before that we'd have to pay $45 night to park there. There is $11 parking in the lot across the street and it was very convenient.

The location is fine--we like that it is right on the river. The walk along the river to the Downtown Area is pleasant and well-maintained. Everyone at the facility is very friendly. The apartment is fairly well stocked. The building appears to be very pet-friendly. Most of the common areas of the building are clean and well-kept. The owner of this apartment is courteous and responds promptly.

The walking distance to the Downtown River Walk area is about one mile--this may not be relevant for everyone, but we would have liked something a little closer to that area. There is no grocery store nearby at this time, which was not convenient as the San Antonio downtown area had a lot of construction and closed streets, so it was not easy to navigate. Having said that, it looks like a new market may be opening nearby relatively soon. A few of the common areas of the building--particularly elevator areas--were a bit messy. Better instructions for entry to the parking garage would be helpful. The building security is not ideal--both the apartment building and the parking garage had doors unlocked at all hours.

After searching for a quiet place to stay I found this gem which was A GREAT choice overall!! The location, the privacy and the security of the apartment provided a safe and peaceful atmosphere. The pictures online do nothing for the actual beauty of the apartment upon arrival, you are feet away from the riverwalk and busyness of the city. Back at the apartment you are surrounded by tranquility if you need a break from the activity around you which I loved! Ramiro was attentive and responded right away if I did have any concerns or questions in regard to my stay. The parking pass provided was a bonus. No regrets whatsoever! Wish I could have stayed longer! I will be visiting again and I highly recommended anyone visiting San Antonio to book their stay using this property!

I had trouble initially figuring out how to lock the door but I am not technologically up to par, that was taken care of right away by my host Ramiro.
