Cosy City Central Studio Apartment Near Brighton Beach

The property is way different from the pictures shown. 1.) You could not do a handsfree shower. You have to always hold the shower head else the bathroom will be flooded. Don’t believe the bathroom in the picture. It’s totally different. 2.) Bathroom is too draughty. We have to put towels under the bathroom door to block the cold. 3.) One side of the bed doesn’t have any power socket as it’s been covered with the heater and used by the radiator’s power source. Even the lamp can’t be plugged in. 4.) No coat hangers provided. 5.) It’s a double sized bed so 3 persons will not fit comfortably (parents are 5’4” and a 7yr old child). 6.) Auto reply says if you have any queries feel free to contact. We contacted many times and none of them were answered at all. 7.) Our check in details were never sent via Booking as per “auto reply”. I have to contact the number provided just to ask on how to check in and the exact location of the property.
