Reasonable good apartment. However, the carpet on the stairs is loose, and we keep tripping on it coming downstairs and no hover head (which we got billed £15 for along with a £25 admin fee. The emergency contact number doesn't work, so we couldn't report faults when we found them. There is no key for the front door it's a key pad, which is a pain to operate, and parking outside is limited, and all you hear all day and night is ambulance sirens every few minutes. No back garden it is a jungle and fenced off, and the external seating area is full of weeds and dirty chairs. Early check in cost an extra £100 and late check out cost extra £80 along with a £500 deposit, which a week later we are still waiting on to be returned even though we filled out the form to speed this up. Good point- warm, powerful shower, plenty of towels, netflix, and amazon Prime on tvs in every room.

Booked last minute as needed a place to stay. Moved in next day. The location was great. Big bedrooms. Washer/drier. TV in all rooms. Had a few issues over the 3 weeks and all were responded to or dealt with the same or next day. Full deposit refunded.

Mattresses were very springy and uncomfortable. Front bedroom could do with curtains to stop the street light coming through. A blind in the bathroom would be good too. Not enough seating for a family of 5, another small sofa would be good. Not the cleanest on arrival. Phone number listed didn't work. Flooring in the bathroom could do with regrouting.

The door number was wrong. Could not find the property at 11pm rung the phone number which was provided but that number does not work. Send email buy no reply. Lucky I find a picture of the house on some documents that they send.

Ibrahim told me before that it's £20 per hour for late check out but he deduct £40 for 1 hour from my deposit and not replying to my emails to address that issue. He also claim that we make a small scratch on a cupboard door and deduct £75 from my deposit. I ask him for prove and he he provide me a few pics which are the same with the same angle them he sent same pics with false day and time stamped on it. One of the time is at 5:41am on the day when we were still there. So unless he came at 5:41am when me and my family was inside sleeping or he fake the time and date.. Do not book anything from this company. Please check trustpilot and look on the reviews. I wish I did before I book.

Seemed like a good deal......... BEWARE!

I didn't like the fact that in 8 weeks our boys cleaned the place themselves. they left the house immaculate, but my £500 deposit which the boys knew that's why they were so careful, to get a bill for £310.00 because one bathroom toilet chip damage = £150.00 (photo looks like wet/dried toilet paper or chewing gum - One bathroom floor tile damage = £100.00 could be any tile in any property, no evidence it was the one we rented - Stained carpet on staircase (1st step) = £60.00 damp cloth could of sorted that, and the boys accepted that could of been them it was so faint in the photo its possible they missed it! The last thing they did before they left was clean the bathroom and mop the floors so both the toilet and the floor would of been noticed. We offered to go back to the property for them to prove to us that the damage was indeed the house we had rented but that wasn't possible .. very strange! SO THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE RENTING THIS PROPERTY TO TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYWHERE TO COVER YOURSELVES OR NOT TO PAY FOR THE SAME DAMAGE THEY CLAIM WE DID TOTAL SCAM BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!
