I was impressed with Shontell at the front desk. She was very helpful at check in. The room was comfortable and quiet.

It took a very long time for the hot water in the shower in the morning.

Het hotel was dichtbij het centrum. Op loopafstand van Los Olas Boulevard

Het ontbijt was goed maar alles werd geserveerd op plastic wegwerp artikelen inclusief bestek. Erg milieu onvriendelijk. Personeel stond er humeurig bij. De waterdruk van de douche was erg slecht. Zelf na een klacht en reparatie geen verbetering. Douchen was bijna onmogelijk. Hotel ligt vlak bij het busstation. Hier lopen/ hangen veel zwervers en verslaafden rond. Niet echt prettig om daar langs te lopen. Kamers worden niet dagelijks schoongemaakt.

The included breakfast was decent, and although not spectacular was probably the highlight of the stay.

We stayed overnight for a cruise the next day.We got there about 9:30 PM. We were very hungry after the days travel, but the on-site resteraunt closes at 9:00 PM. We didn't have a car and closest food, and really, only food was McDonald's, not great. Se we decided to walk the 0.2 milea. Oh, what a mistake. There are homeless people and rats everywhere, and McDonald's is only drivethru after 10:00 PM and we were too late. With the lack of any safe nearby food options, maybe the restaurant should stay open a little later. We got a bag of chips and a protine bat from the lobby shop. This isn't the way to start a vacation. Also, the room was not very clean. There was hair in the sink, and in the shower, the shower also had sand in it, and there were fruitloops on the shelf of the nightstand. Also, the wondow was so dirty it was difficult to see out of it. We paid 300.00 USD for this hotle room for one night and it defitily wasn't worth it. I will not be staying there again and probably not at any other TRU or Home 2 Suite as the two share the same faculity.
