A lovely apartment close to beach. Well equipped kitchen. Warm and welcoming especially the Christmas tree which was a much appreciated touch

The flat was spacious, airy and well laid out.

The back yard could do with levelling out so that it was easier to walk over. The sitting area could have done with an extra seat, either a chair or small sofa.

Location, cleanliness, living room.

We thought it would be good to have a small towel for each guest. You don’t always want just one big bath towel. We think that it should have been mentioned that it is not very accessible for anyone with mobility issues. The access stairs are steep and you cannot avoid the stairs because both front and back doors leading to the apartment involve a staircase. The only wc is at the top of a staircase and going to the loo in the middle of the night Involves effort, especially for those in their seventies. There is no mention of this in the description. There is also a need for repair to the concrete foot way from the parking place to the door, which is difficult to open and close.
