Clean and very well-presented apartment. Great location, easy access to the apartment. Secure parking is a great benefit. Nice to have coffee, tea, hot chocolate provided.

Not very practical/ comfortable. Wifi is poor and dropping off. Hot water is only on for 2 hours, and needs manual boosting. not well sound proofed - people next door could be heard arguing all throughout the stay. Customer service is way overdone - too many comms, calls, and actions required to sign, to report, to pre-pay... Would be nice to have shower gel, shampoo, milk and sugar provided.
