"Very clean, cute and quiet place"

It is very clean and quiet. The furnishings are nice and simple but equipped with all the facilities needed for a small family. We are happy that it has a no-shoes rule which means that the floor and carpet are clean.

The location is within walking distance to the University as advertised. Tea was available for use The TV did not work properly (kept freezing) but the host replaced it with a new one the next day. Was allowed to check-out late and even held my luggage until my commute time.

No washing machine/ dryer. The sofa bed is not very comfortable
