Seaside Studio with Fully equipped kitchen and laundry

Very comfortable and probably one of the cleanest stays we've had! The property is extremely well kept with well looked after facilities. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Nespresso, with a handful of pods, and a milk frother. That was very welcome! There's a great selection of cookware, cutlery and diningware. All very well maintained. Great location for the Mount Maunganui beach, only a few minute walk down the beach access next to the property. A dairy, coffee hole-in-the-wall and pizza bar restaurant are about 10 minutes walk.

Only 2 issues There were a lot of ants in the kitchen, mostly in one corner. I did report this but it wasn't so bad that it impacted us. We kept food sealed (noticeably the sugar was already sealed up and in the fridge when we arrived!). The shower had a mould smell, which wasn't awful but definitely noticeable. The floor of the shower was quite spongy too. But it worked extremely well and had great temperature and pressure.

It was very spacious and had everything I needed to be comfortable and clean :)

I like everything about this place, It comes with everything that one would want in a home away from home (except a dishwasher) but that is not a problem. The decor and furniture is great, the be is very good and all is wonderful.

Location and convenience to everything. Fully equipped and felt like a really lovely home to be in.

There was no hot water for showers 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, yet we could hear people in the house upstairs taking very long showers, a lot of sound from upstairs lots of heavy feet/stomping which made it a little disturbing.
