It was like everything was just for show for pictures nothing worked there was no hot water so had to get a cold bath as I had a photo shoot so I had to get ready after the instructions not even clear about where to get the key from the host wouldn’t answer my calls the tv in the bedroom fell of the wall whilst I was trying to plug it in hit me on my shoulder but the tv was not damaged just my shoulder got hurt because my friend had to grab it kettle didn’t work no ball for ping pong table and it was kinging not clean at all hairs in the bath bin lids broke I am extremely disappointed for the price I paid also they didn’t mention anything about a deposit when I booked but whilst I was travelling down denuded to ask for a £250 deposit smelt like drains as soon as you walk in sink in bathroom did hit drain

Location was good. I can see how the property used to be of good condition. Pool table is great. Host is somewhat responsive over WhatsApp messenger.

Images on Booking.com are not up to date. The property smells of damp and mould. Bathroom was very smelly and mouldy. Sofa is filthy so they covered with a blanket. Dirty balloon and lighter in the bedroom along with dust everywhere, looked like it hasn't been cleaned but just tidied a little. Old dirty towels provided. Table tennis table is broke (they have tried to disguise it with a hairband). Keys are left in safe on main road which was difficult to find. The host wouldn't answer any phone calls after not being able to find the parking permit so I was left waiting outside for a while. The same the next morning they wouldn't answer any calls after turning off the boiler (we didn't know it was turned off or why the hot water wasn't working) they would only respond via text message and refused to answer my phone calls which obviously isn't helpful. My colleague left a charger at the property, the host didn't get back to me about it. I wouldn't stay here again, we all felt uncomfortable sleeping and showering there due to the cleanliness.

Electrics xut off in the middle of the night.

It was in a good location and the balcony and views were really good, and free parking was great.

There wasn’t any basic things in the kitchen such as sponges or washing up liquid to clean the dishes, no dishwasher tablets either we had to go buy them ourselves, also no proper hand wash in the apartment either The pool table was good but wasn’t much room to actually play because of where it was positioned There was a bit of a weird smell in the apartment There was a smoke detector which batteries were running out so it was beeping throughout the stay The en-suite bathroom toilet did not flush properly The sofa in the living room was broken and the pool table was very unstable also the tv in the living room as well looked unstable on the wall The tv remotes were not working properly either The bedding had blood stained on them The apartment in general was not very clean, could have been cleaned better There was no heater in one of the bedrooms as well so we had to use a portable heater which was inconvenient as we were having to unplug it after using to use the plugs for other things

The apartment was beautiful and clean and the host extremely helpful. We booked at short notice and they made the whole experience so easy.

The living room was a nice area with a pool table and countertop space. The balcony was nice.

one room didn't have a door handle. The bathroom water temperature wasn't adjustable. The taps were loose. The lighting wasn't very bright.
