It’s near in SM MOA

The place is unhygienic. There are cockroaches inside the utensils cabinet, the refrigerator is dirty and old, and the towels smell like they weren’t dried properly. The shower door is also dangerous I got a small wound on my finger when I tried to close it.

"Our stay there was very good"

The location is near MOA and the walking distance from the location to the concert venue where we are heading is somewhat tolerable. The room is clean. CR is functioning well; with sufficient water supply.

There is no dishwashing soap and sponge provided unlike the one we had availed. The hot and cold shower is not working properly. However there's one piece of thin round soap and a roll of tissue provided.

Comfortable bed & cool AC. Convenient location.

Some TLC would improve the experience. Shower head sprayed outside the shower. Place was not pest controlled, cochroach's everywhere, no towel rails in the bathroom. No key to lock the balcony door.
