The location is stellar if you’re walking to many of the Yale schools. The building is nice and the parking spot is super convenient. Customer service was spot on!! Every time I needed something, she responded right away! The sofa bed was also very comfy!

The bathroom could use some updating, the kitchen could have some staples like salt and pepper.

It was not sound proof at all. I heard a neighbors dog bark all night and the neighbor upstairs sounded like a hurd of elephant stomping and both noises kept me and my child awake most of the night. I was very irritated by this

Location

Seats and couch were very uncomfortable. The pill out sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The sheet on the sofa bed had blood on it!!
