No heating in the 2 bathrooms

The location for the family and to get ready for a wedding is perfect. Enough room for big groups and comfortable 🙂

The only issues we had is the bunk bed room the top bed mattress is very stained and doesn’t look like cleaners check as there was chewing gum on the bar which we didn’t touch looked like it’s been there a while. The bins outside were very over loaded like they not been emptied for more then a month and seagulls were pulling at the bins. I live in Bognor Regis so understand we are beach town We do have photos but it was very unhygienic In a couple of areas

The house had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location for a dip in the Channel & a long walk to Littlehampton & back.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was excellent, we loved the view and sitting as a family outside the house was lovely with lots of warm sunshine despite it being April. We all slept really well, would stay again.

We thought we were staying in the whole house but it was just the downstairs, not sure how we all missed that info but the upstairs neighbours were extremely quiet so no noise transference there.

Location is fantastic, lovely apartment, well laid out and very clean.

The security deposit renders a large chunk of money unavailable.

Good location. Accessible. Sea views. Close to good amenities. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly cafe next door, open early and late for good food and drink.

Noisy upstairs neighbours!
