Location is good. And meets the prices.. good place and affordable price..

When I arrived at Gyden Staycation, there was no staff available to assist me and no receptionist on duty. I called multiple times, but no one answered. It was very hot, and I had to sit outside for about 30 minutes without any proper waiting area. After 30 minutes, a lady finally answered my call. Unfortunately, our conversation started with an argument. She then sent me a video for the self-check-in process, but I could not follow it clearly. When I asked for further assistance, she simply said that nowadays self-check-in is the normal procedure. She provided me with a password to enter the unit, but no one gave me an access card or explained the door access system. I had to seek help from another security . During the daytime, the main door was not even locked. The condition inside the house was acceptable, but there was no air-conditioning in the hall, making it very uncomfortable. In addition, there was a very strong garbage smell near the lift area that was difficult to tolerate. I was not the only one affected, as other guests also complained about it. Parking was also quite difficult, and the surrounding area felt deserted and unsafe, especially at night. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor communication, unpleasant environment, and parking difficulties made my stay disappointing.
