Grand Apartment in Historic Building with Free Parking

This is a very well appointed and beautifully decorated apartment. It had everting we needed plus a lot of little details that make a difference. From the prosecco on arrival, a full games cabinet for the kids and the home made gin in the living room, you can really feel that the people behind it know what they are doing and are proud of their property. George was a great host and super responsive with my messages. We will definitely come back for more!

The only tiny little minus I need to say is that the master bed is a bit squeaky on the top right side when going on or off the bed, but nothing major.

The property was very spacious, beautifully presented and had everything we needed.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

It was all brilliant

A very large and tastefully decorated appartement in which we felt at home. Easy walk to the centre of Canterbury and supermarkets just a short walk away.

Great location close to town. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Kitchen well appointed with everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it!

Unfortunately the heating spoilt the experience somewhat this is a superb flat for summer The heating is strange - supposed to turn on and off with single button but they also turn off automatically once reach a certain temperature so it gets very cold again if you’re out or overnight esp in lounge one of the radiators wouldn’t turn on at all , - in bunk room & one in lounge kept turning off and would not turn back on until room got very cold ( presumably programmed at lower temperature - said 16.5 on control panel ) lounge was freezing on arrival - it was very cold out and so took whole evening before it was comfortable suggest maybe host could turn on in advance in really cold weather perhaps Bedrooms did warm up nicely though we left doors open so warmed up kitchen and bathroom which had no heating

Very spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location to easily walk into Canterbury. It was well equipped and even had plenty of tablets for the dishwasher, which a lot of places don’t! Parking place is very secure - but read instructions carefully for its location. A great place to stay to explore the area.

The previous visitors had taken the hairdryer. The host apologized, but it still meant we had to go out and buy one which wasn't really ideal.
