GBThe flat and it's furnishings were practically brand new and everything was perfect. Excellent from start to finish. Lovely touches with the complimentary biscuits, crisps and popcorn
Maybe better pans and utensils. But everything else was spot on.
GBLocation and facilities
One small thing. their is no basket or shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc on when using the shower.
GBEverywhere was very clean.
Some of the radiators didn’t get hot,we rang the agent who said they would send someone out but we said it was okay
GBFantastic property! Everything is brand new! Amazingly clean! Spacious. Parking directly in front of the property! Little extras like, popcorn/crisps/biscuits/Netflix. Great hosts, easily contactable. Excellent location!! Literally 2 mins walk to the centre!!

GBIt was beautifully decorated, well laid out and perfect for our short trip. We did have a slight issue with check in but the staff tried hard to help sort it as quickly as they could which was appreciated.
The property has an electronic lock instead of keys, which I actually like the idea of. Unfortunately, the lock had run low on battery when we arrived so we couldn’t type the code to gain access. It was no one’s fault and the staff worked hard to get it fixed quickly. We had no further issue with it once it was charged.
GBModern, clean apartments, 2 minutes walk from centre of Chester. Parking space was very convenient.
The carpark was a little difficult to find.
