The setting was gorgeous! The house was nice.

The neighbors weren’t the friendliest. About an hour after we arrived my grandchildren were outside playing. It was about 4:30 p.m. I later received a call saying we were noisy even though quiet time was from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. They’re children for goodness sakes!!!!

Woodpecker is a lovely place to vacation. It's in a great location. Within 5 mins to all attraction, dining, and activities. I look forward to returning next year.

The homes are closer than expected. In the photos, the house looks secluded. It's not. We are literally in each other's yard.
