Nice cozy room, bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned décor, staffs were very friendly and service were excellent.

I booked the place online, when I got there they told me there was no room as ot was fully booked. The staff at entrance by the gate was very rude, he just told me to go and look for another place. I was amazed at his behaviour, I should be refunded the full amount for this treatment. How can some chain be so shabby. Don't recommend this place to anyone, you will be cheated like I was especially after a long international flight.
