I stayed there for four days and there was no power for nights amidst heat wave in North India. And the hotel staff had disappeared when there was an outage the last time. I was given a room on the sixth floor. I was asked to see the room myself and their helpers don't even bother to give you water. You need to go to the water cooler and fill the bottles yourself. Not to mention because of the power outages you need to climb up and down six flights of stairs.
